Welcome to AHBBEC. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By accessing this website and working with us, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Engagement & Payment Structure
All service engagements require a 50% advance payment before project initiation. For comprehensive projects such as dissertations or systems development, we offer a three-part payment plan:
- Initial 40% before commencement
- 30% upon mid-term deliverables
- 30% before final delivery
2. Ownership of Deliverables
All materials, designs, code, and written content remain the intellectual property of AHBBEC until the project is fully paid for. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or use of any deliverables is strictly prohibited.
3. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We treat client data and project materials with the highest level of confidentiality. All personal information, documents, and content shared with us are securely stored and never shared with third parties without prior consent. NDAs are available upon request.
4. Usage Restrictions
Our services are strictly for lawful use. Clients agree not to use the delivered content for plagiarism, illegal purposes, or any unethical conduct. We reserve the right to decline service if any misuse is suspected.
5. Revisions & Support
We offer unlimited revisions within the original scope of work for each submission. Clients are encouraged to review each version carefully and share consolidated feedback. Any revisions beyond the agreed scope, additional feature requests, or post-handover technical support may be subject to additional charges. To avoid misunderstandings, all project requirements must be clearly defined at the outset.
6. Policy Changes
AHBBEC reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon publication.
