Undergraduate students 4-5

FINANCIAL COVERAGE

Tuition Funds. Tuition funds will be comprehensively used by the host university. It may cover education, administration costs, health insurance and expenditures to support student activities.

Accommodation: Free university dormitory or accommodation subsidy to each awardee.

Stipend: As per Italian Govt. Scholarship Program.

Travel Expenditure: Travel expenditure would be borne by the scholarship winners themselves. HEC will have no financial responsibility.

NOTE: English language tests like TOEFL or IELTS (IELTS = 5.5 bands. TOEFL PBT = 507 to 557. TOEFL CBT = 180 to 217).

REQUIREMENTS OF ITALIAN STUDENT VISA

1. Passport – This must have been issued within the last 10 years, and it should at least have a validity of 3 months after your intended stay. It should also have a minimum of 2 blank pages.

1. Fill out the Visa Application Form with your 2 signatures.

1. 2 photographs are to be submitted.

1. Document Refinement form (DOV & CIMEA).

1. Admission/acceptance letter of the concerned Italian University/Institute.

1. Covering Letter – your Name, Purpose of a study visa, who will bear the expenses, Travel dates, and duration of the stay.

1. Receipt of duly payment of tuition fees of the Italian University

1. Accommodation letter

1. Documentation regarding your economy -Proof of means of support in Italy (bank statement).

1. Proof of having been awarded a study grant, if available, by the Italian Government, recognized foundations or cultural institutes, international organizations, foreign governments or universities.

1. Overseas medical insurance – Medical insurance with a coverage of Euros 37,500.

1. Notarized no objection certificate by parents (In case of minor applicant).

1. Police Clearance Certificate (no criminal record)NOTE: Entry test is Mostly not required, but some universities may ask for entry test.

NOTE: If you have a transcript and haven’t gotten a degree yet then make a Provisional certificate from the university in which you graduated. If you are currently studying in 7th or 8th semester and do not have transcript and degree yet then you get a Hope certificate from you university.

REFUNDABLE POLICY

A. IF APPLICATION GET REJECTED:

ADVANCE PAYMENT (Adv=$750) IS REFUNDEABLE AFTER DEDUTING 30% SERVICE CHARGES.

B. IF CLIENT WILL WITHDRAW APPLIACTION DURING PROCESS:

ONLY 50% PAYMENT IS REFUNDABLE FROM ADVANCE PAYMENT (Adv=$750).
