1. Scope of Services

2. Payment Terms

Our payment structure is clear and milestone-based:

• Standard Projects: 50% advance, 50% before final handover
• Large Projects / Dissertations: Payment in 3 phases — initial, midway, and final before delivery

Note: Full balance must be cleared before project handover or final submission.

3. Revisions & Quality Guarantee

• We offer one free revision if the project fails or is rejected due to our error
• In case of a second failure (our fault), a 100% refund will be issued

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds are not applicable in the following scenarios:

• Project failure due to incomplete or incorrect material from the client
• Missed deadlines or miscommunication caused by the client
• Scope changes after project start
• Non-cooperation, delayed responses, or false instructions

5. Delivery & Communication

• All deliverables are shared via secure channels (email or WhatsApp)
• Turnaround time varies based on complexity, urgency, and clarity of instruction
• Clients are responsible for reviewing drafts and requesting feedback timely
