Refund & Return Policy

At AHBBEC, we strive for client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and academic support. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which payments are refundable.

1. Payment Structure

For all services, a 50% advance payment is required before starting the project. The remaining 50% is payable upon project completion but prior to final handover. For comprehensive or long-term projects such as dissertations and large-scale software systems, we follow a three-part payment plan:

  • 40% before project initiation
  • 30% upon submission of mid-phase deliverables
  • 30% before final handover of the completed work

2. Revision & Reset Guarantee

If a project does not meet the required criteria in the first attempt, we provide one free reset or complete revision. Our team will rework the content based on the original requirements to ensure success.

3. Full Refund Conditions

In rare cases where the project fails again after the second attempt, and if the failure is not attributed to client delays, incorrect materials, or lack of cooperation, a 100% refund will be issued.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided if the failure is due to the client’s negligence, such as:

  • Incomplete or incorrect project instructions
  • Delays in providing essential materials or feedback
  • Misuse or misrepresentation of delivered work
